After a year of stoppage due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the cancellation of the 2020 edition and the unknown factor of travel between states, Eurobike, the most important bicycle and cycle components fair in the world, took place in Friedrichshafen with many new features from the world of e-bikes, folding bicycles and e-cargo.
In two years of pandemic, the market for bicycles and accessories for two wheels has changed, thanks also to the boom in sales recorded in 2020; there has been innovation in dimensions (folding bikes), use (e-cargo and a growing transport of objects and people) and materials (increasingly innovative, refined and light).
In Eurobike we’ve see many innovations responding to a constantly growing sector and with even more optimistic future forecasts, despite the unknowns of a market that struggles to find regular raw materials, witnesses the exponential price growth of the same and struggles to maintain production rates.
The theme was that of urban mobility, which allows you to reduce fatigue and for a long way but has also affected the city bike (very dominant in recent years) which has become increasingly lighter and more functional and components and accessories more and more light.
